Secobarbital Sodium falls under CNS DEPRESSANTS — the group Tianeptine interacts with.

Tianeptine has sedative effects; high doses may have additive effects with other CNS depressants.
Higher doses of tianeptine have opioid like effects and may have additive effects with other sedative drugs. In one case report, a 42-year-old male presented with respiratory depression and aspiration pneumonia due to concomitant use of high-dose tianeptine and alprazolam.

Here's the concern with pairing these two. Secobarbital (Seconal) is a barbiturate that slows down your brain to help you sleep. Tianeptine, especially at the higher doses found in those over-the-counter 'gas station' products, can also act like a sedative and even an opioid. Stack those two calming effects together and they can pile on top of each other.

That means more drowsiness, slowed breathing, confusion, and in a worst-case situation, dangerously shallow breathing or trouble staying awake. There's even a reported case of someone running into serious breathing problems mixing high-dose tianeptine with a similar sedative. This is based mostly on how these drugs work rather than lots of formal studies, but the risk is real enough that I'd urge you to talk with your doctor or pharmacist before combining them.
