Theoretically, tree turmeric might have additive effects when used with anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs and increase the risk of bleeding.
In vitro and animal research suggest that berberine, a constituent of tree turmeric, can inhibit platelet aggregation.

Danaparoid (Orgaran) is an injectable blood thinner that works mainly by blocking a clotting factor called factor Xa, so it lowers your blood's ability to form clots. Tree turmeric supplies berberine, and lab and animal studies hint that berberine may make platelets (the cells that help plug a bleed) a little less sticky. Stack a mild blood thinning effect on top of a real anticoagulant, and on paper your bleeding risk could go up.

I want to be honest about how soft this evidence is: it comes from test tube and animal work, not from people taking both together. Still, with a drug like danaparoid I'd play it safe. Watch for easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or unusual bleeding, and check with your pharmacist or doctor before adding a berberine supplement.
