Theoretically, adrafinil might reduce the effects of antihypertensive drugs.
Adrafinil is a precursor to the stimulant prescription drug modafinil. Modafinil has been shown to increase diastolic and systolic blood pressure. Retrospective analyses show that patients taking modafinil had a small but increased rate of requiring new antihypertensive drugs or increased use of antihypertensive drugs when compared with placebo.

Here's the basic idea. Edarbyclor combines azilsartan (a blood pressure pill) with chlorthalidone (a water pill), and together they work to bring your blood pressure down. Adrafinil turns into modafinil in your liver, and modafinil tends to nudge blood pressure and heart rate up a little. So these two are essentially pulling in opposite directions, and the adrafinil could blunt some of the blood pressure lowering you get from your medicine.

To be fair, this is theoretical, based on how modafinil behaves rather than studies on this exact combo, and any effect is usually small. Still, if you take adrafinil you might notice your readings creep up, more headaches, or feeling jittery. Please don't change anything on your own. Check your blood pressure at home and let your doctor or pharmacist know you're using adrafinil.

Theoretically, adrafinil might increase the levels and clinical effects of CYP2C9 substrates.
Adrafinil is a precursor to the stimulant prescription drug modafinil. Modafinil has been shown to reduce CYP2C9 expression in vitro.

Here's the gist for your Edarbyclor, which combines azilsartan (a blood pressure medicine) with chlorthalidone (a water pill). Azilsartan is partly handled by a liver enzyme called CYP2C9. Adrafinil turns into modafinil in your body, and lab studies hint that modafinil may slow this same enzyme down. In theory, that could let a bit more azilsartan build up, possibly nudging your blood pressure lower than expected.

If that happened, you might feel dizzy, lightheaded, or unusually tired, especially when standing up. I want to be honest though: this is only a theoretical concern based on test-tube data, not real patient reports. Still, since adrafinil is unregulated and hard on the liver, please check with your doctor or pharmacist before pairing them.
