Chlorothiazide, Methyldopa falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Adrafinil interacts with.

Theoretically, adrafinil might reduce the effects of antihypertensive drugs.
Adrafinil is a precursor to the stimulant prescription drug modafinil. Modafinil has been shown to increase diastolic and systolic blood pressure. Retrospective analyses show that patients taking modafinil had a small but increased rate of requiring new antihypertensive drugs or increased use of antihypertensive drugs when compared with placebo.

Your Aldoclor combines two blood pressure medicines: chlorothiazide (a water pill) and methyldopa (which calms the nerve signals that tighten blood vessels). Adrafinil turns into modafinil in your body, and modafinil tends to nudge blood pressure upward. So the worry here is a bit of a tug-of-war: your supplement could work against the blood pressure lowering you're counting on from this combo.

To be fair, this is a theoretical concern based on how these drugs behave, not hard proof that it'll happen to you. Still, if you used adrafinil regularly, you might notice readings creeping higher or feel like your medicine isn't holding as well. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before mixing them, and keep an eye on your home blood pressure numbers.
