Here's the simple version. The aspirin in Anacin already thins your blood a bit by keeping platelets (the cells that form clots) from sticking together. That's actually why some people take low-dose aspirin. Andrographis, in lab and animal studies, seems to do something similar and may make platelets less sticky too.

Put them together and, in theory, you could bleed a little more easily. Think easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or a cut that takes longer to stop. To be honest, this is based on test-tube and animal research, not solid human studies, so it's more of a heads-up than a red alert. The caffeine part doesn't really factor in here. Still, if you take aspirin regularly, run the andrographis past your pharmacist or doctor first.
