Here's the thing to know about Talwin Compound: it contains aspirin, which already thins your blood a bit by making your platelets less sticky. Andrographis may do something similar. So if you take them together, the worry is that these two could add up and make you bleed or bruise more easily than expected. You might notice things like easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or a cut that takes longer to stop.

I want to be honest about how solid this is: the concern comes only from lab and animal studies, not from people, so it's more of a theoretical caution than a proven problem. Still, since aspirin already affects bleeding, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before pairing them, especially if you're having surgery or already bruise easily.
