Here's the thing about beclometasone (Becotide): it's an inhaled steroid that works by calming down inflammation in your airways, which is part of how it controls asthma. Andrographis seems to do the opposite job, since lab work suggests it may rev up the immune system a bit. So in theory, taking the herb could work against what your inhaler is trying to do.

I'll be honest with you though, this concern comes only from test tube and animal studies, not from people using inhalers. An inhaled steroid mostly acts right in your lungs with very little reaching the rest of your body, so any real-world clash is likely small. Still, if you notice more wheezing or tighter breathing, check in with your pharmacist or doctor before changing anything.
