Aripiprazole Lauroxil falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Bacopa interacts with.

Theoretically, bacopa might increase the levels and adverse effects of CYP3A4 substrates.
Research on the effects of bacopa extracts on CYP3A4 enzymes is conflicting. Some in vitro evidence suggests that bacopa extract can moderately and competitively inhibit CYP3A4, while other in vitro evidence suggests that any effect is unlikely to be clinically significant.

Aristada (aripiprazole lauroxil) is a long-acting injection that your body slowly converts and then clears partly through a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. In lab tests, bacopa might slow that same enzyme down a little. If that happened in real life, aripiprazole levels could creep up, which in theory means more of its usual side effects, things like drowsiness, restlessness, lightheadedness, tremor, or feeling jittery.

Here's the reassuring part: this concern comes only from test-tube and animal studies, and even those results disagree with each other. There's no good human evidence that bacopa meaningfully changes aripiprazole. I wouldn't lose sleep over it, but since this is a serious medication for a serious condition, just run any bacopa supplement past your psychiatrist or pharmacist first.
