Theoretically, bacopa might increase the levels and adverse effects of CYP1A2 substrates.
Research on the effects of bacopa extracts on CYP1A2 enzymes is conflicting. Some in vitro evidence shows that bacopa extract can moderately and non-competitively inhibit CYP1A2, while other in vitro evidence suggests that any effect is unlikely to be clinically significant.

Here's the gist for Anafranil (clomipramine). Your liver uses an enzyme called CYP1A2 to help clear this medication. In lab dishes, bacopa has shown that it might block that enzyme a bit, which could in theory let more clomipramine linger in your system. If that happened, you might notice the usual tricyclic side effects more strongly, things like a dry mouth, constipation, drowsiness, blurry vision, dizziness on standing, or a faster heartbeat.

That said, I want to keep this in perspective. This is only a theoretical concern from test-tube studies, and the research even disagrees with itself. We have no good evidence it actually causes problems in people. Still, since clomipramine can affect the heart, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding bacopa.

Bacopa seems to inhibit acetylcholinesterase and might increase acetylcholine levels, which could counteract the effects of anticholinergic drugs. Similarly, anticholinergic drugs might counteract the cholinergic effects of bacopa.

Here's the gist of this one. Clomipramine is a tricyclic antidepressant, and along with helping with OCD it has noticeable anticholinergic effects, meaning it blocks acetylcholine, one of the brain and body's chemical messengers. Bacopa appears to do the opposite, nudging acetylcholine levels up. So in theory, taking them together could blunt each one a little. Bacopa might soften some of clomipramine's anticholinergic side effects (like dry mouth or constipation), but it could also work against how well the medication does its job, and clomipramine could limit bacopa's memory effects.

I'll be honest, this is a theoretical concern based on how each works, not something proven in people. Still, since clomipramine is an important medication, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding bacopa.
