Esomeprazole, Naproxen falls under PHOTOSENSITIZING DRUGS — the group Chlorophyllin interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of chlorophyllin with photosensitizing drugs may have additive effects.
Chlorophyllin is a semi-synthetic derivative of chlorophyll. Chlorophyll has been reported to cause photosensitization. Orally, chlorophyll has also been associated with the development of pseudoporphyria in multiple case reports.

Here's the gist with Vimovo (which combines naproxen, an anti-inflammatory, with esomeprazole, a stomach-acid reducer): the naproxen part can occasionally make your skin more sensitive to sunlight, leaving you prone to easier sunburn or rashes. Chlorophyllin has also been linked to light sensitivity, so taking both together might add up and make your skin react more to the sun.

I want to be honest that this is mostly a theoretical concern, based on case reports and reviews rather than strong studies, so don't be alarmed. A practical move is simple sun smarts: wear sunscreen, cover up, and watch for any unusual redness or blistering. If you notice a reaction, or before you start chlorophyllin, check in with your pharmacist or doctor.
