rosiglitazone, glimepiride falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2C9 (CYP2C9) SUBSTRATES — the group Devil's Claw interacts with.

Theoretically, devil's claw might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP2C9.
In vitro research shows that devil's claw might inhibit CYP2C9, although this has not been reported in humans.

Avandaryl combines two diabetes medicines, rosiglitazone and glimepiride, and your liver clears both partly through an enzyme called CYP2C9. In lab studies (not in actual people yet), Devil's Claw appears to slow that enzyme down. If that happened in your body, these two drugs could linger a bit longer and hit harder, which mainly raises the chance of low blood sugar from the glimepiride part. That can feel like shakiness, sweating, dizziness, confusion, or a racing heart.

I want to be honest: this is only a theoretical concern based on test-tube work, never confirmed in humans. Still, since low blood sugar is no fun, check your readings closely and chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding Devil's Claw.
