Tisotumab Vedotin-Tftv falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Devil's Claw interacts with.

Theoretically, devil's claw might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4.
In vitro research shows that devil's claw might inhibit CYP3A4, although this has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist for Tivdak (tisotumab vedotin). It's an antibody-drug conjugate, meaning a targeted antibody carries a potent cancer-killing payload (called MMAE) that gets released and broken down partly by a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. Devil's claw has shown, in test-tube studies only, that it might slow that same enzyme. In theory, slowing it could let more of the toxic payload build up, which could worsen this drug's known side effects like eye problems, nerve tingling or numbness in the hands and feet, nausea, fatigue, and bleeding.

I want to be honest, though: this is purely lab-based and has never been seen in real people, so it's more of a caution than a proven problem. Since Tivdak is a serious chemo-type drug, please check with your oncology team or pharmacist before adding devil's claw.
