Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES
Why this applies to Aripiprazole Lauroxil
Aripiprazole Lauroxil falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Jequirity interacts with.
Interaction has been demonstrated in animal or in lab research but has been shown not to occur in humans..
Let me start with the most important thing: jequirity seeds contain abrin, a deadly poison related to ricin. This plant should never be taken as a supplement at all, so the safest answer here is to avoid it entirely, full stop.
On the lab-level interaction itself: your long-acting aripiprazole shot (Aristada) is cleared partly by a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. Test-tube studies suggest jequirity may slow that enzyme down, which in theory could let more aripiprazole linger in your body and nudge up side effects like drowsiness, restlessness, dizziness, or shaky movements. But this is only theoretical lab data, rated minor and unlikely. The real concern is the toxicity, not the interaction. Please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before adding anything new.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Aripiprazole Lauroxil page
“Aripiprazole lauroxil (Aristada) is a long-acting antipsychotic injection, and because each dose keeps working for weeks, a bad supplement pairing cannot be undone by skipping a pill. So the 16 major-rated entries among its 233 interactions on file deserve to be understood first.”
