These two interact in 2 distinct ways. Each one is explained separately below.
Why Are There 2 Interactions?
Jequirity interacts with whole categories of medication. Aspirin, Caffeine, Hydrocodone falls into 2 of those categories, so it can interact with Jequirity in 2 different ways. We’ve listed each one below — your overall risk is driven by the most serious of them (Moderate).
ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS
1 of 2Why this applies to Aspirin, Caffeine, Hydrocodone
Aspirin, Caffeine, Hydrocodone falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Jequirity interacts with.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
First, the big picture: jequirity seeds are genuinely poisonous (they contain abrin, a relative of ricin), so this isn't a supplement anyone should be taking in the first place. That said, here's the specific concern with your Damason-P combo. The aspirin part of this medicine already thins your blood by keeping platelets from clumping together. Lab studies hint that compounds in jequirity may do the same thing.
So in theory, pairing the two could stack one blood-thinning effect on another, raising the chance of easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or stomach bleeding. Keep in mind this is only a theoretical concern from test-tube research, not proven in people. The real takeaway is simpler: don't use jequirity at all, and check with your pharmacist or doctor about any supplement.

CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES
2 of 2Aspirin, Caffeine, Hydrocodone also falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES.
Interaction has been demonstrated in animal or in lab research but has been shown not to occur in humans..
First things first: jequirity seeds are genuinely poisonous (they contain abrin, a toxin in the same family as ricin), so I'd never recommend taking them at all. Setting that aside, the interaction on file is theoretical and comes only from lab dish studies, not from people. In those studies, jequirity extract slowed down an enzyme called CYP3A4.
Why that matters here: the hydrocodone part of Damason-P leans on that enzyme. If it were truly blocked, hydrocodone could build up and push its effects harder (think extra drowsiness, dizziness, slowed breathing, constipation). The aspirin and caffeine aren't really affected this way. Honestly though, the real concern is the toxicity of jequirity itself, not this minor enzyme effect. Please don't use it, and check with your pharmacist or doctor.

“Damason-P packs three drugs into one tablet, the opioid hydrocodone, aspirin, and caffeine, so a supplement can collide with any one of them, and its list of 398 interacting ingredients earns real respect. More than 200 of those can add to aspirin's bleeding risk, while 78 can deepen the opioid's sedation.”
