Here's the gist for your Allerx D: it contains pseudoephedrine, a decongestant that gently revs up your system, plus methscopolamine to dry up a runny nose. Puravive includes Panax ginseng, which some studies suggest has mild stimulant-like effects of its own. So in theory, pairing the two could nudge pseudoephedrine's effects a little higher.

What might that look like in real life? Things like a faster or pounding heartbeat, jitteriness, trouble sleeping, or a slight bump in blood pressure. Honestly though, the evidence here is weak and this combo is unlikely to cause a real problem for most people.
