Here's the thing to know about pairing Sida cordifolia with isradipine. This herb naturally contains ephedrine, a stimulant that can speed up your heart and push your blood pressure up. Since you're taking isradipine specifically to relax your blood vessels and lower your blood pressure, the herb is essentially working against your medication, which is counterproductive.

On top of that, ephedrine may stretch out the heart's electrical cycle (called QT prolongation), and isradipine can have a similar effect. Combining them could, in theory, raise the risk of an irregular or dangerous heartbeat. The evidence here is limited and partly theoretical, so don't panic, but this is a combo worth avoiding. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before using any Sida cordifolia product.
