Urea falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Tree Turmeric interacts with.

Theoretically, taking tree turmeric along with antihypertensive drugs might have additive effects and increase the risk of hypotension.
Animal research suggests that berberine, a constituent of tree turmeric, can have hypotensive effects. Also, a meta-analysis of clinical research suggests that taking berberine in combination with amlodipine (Norvasc) can lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure when compared with taking amlodipine alone.

Here's the honest part: the interaction on file lumps urea in with blood pressure medicines, but urea (Ureaphil) really isn't one. It's an osmotic diuretic, given in the hospital to pull fluid out of the body, for example to lower pressure in the brain or eyes. So the idea that berberine in tree turmeric would add to a blood-pressure-lowering effect doesn't translate cleanly here.

That said, both can shift your fluid and blood pressure a bit, so in theory you could feel more lightheaded or dehydrated. Keep in mind this caution rests on animal and lab data, not strong human studies. Urea is usually a short-term hospital treatment anyway, so please just let your care team know about any supplements you take.
