Tralokinumab-ldrm falls under IMMUNOSUPPRESSANTS — the group Ceylon Leadwort interacts with.

Plumbagin, a constituent of Ceylon leadwort, has demonstrated immunosuppressant activity in animal research. Theoretically, Ceylon leadwort might interfere with immunosuppressive therapy. Immunosuppressant drugs include azathioprine (Imuran), basiliximab (Simulect), cyclosporine (Neoral, Sandimmune), daclizumab (Zenapax), muromonab-CD3 (OKT3, Orthoclone OKT3), mycophenolate (CellCept), tacrolimus (FK506, Prograf), sirolimus (Rapamune), prednisone (Deltasone, Orasone), corticosteroids (glucocorticoids), and others.

Here's the honest picture with Adbry (tralokinumab) and Ceylon Leadwort. Tralokinumab is a lab-made antibody that calms eczema by blocking interleukin-13, a signal that drives skin inflammation. It isn't processed by your liver enzymes the way pills are, so the usual supplement-drug metabolism concerns don't really apply here.

The flag on file is different: a compound in Ceylon Leadwort called plumbagin has shown its own immune-affecting activity, but only in lab and animal studies, not in people. The theory is that mixing two things that nudge the immune system could pull in unpredictable directions. This is speculative, not proven. Still, since Adbry already affects your immune response, it's worth running any Ceylon Leadwort use past your pharmacist or doctor first.

What Is Tralokinumab-ldrm injection Used For?

Brand name: Adbry

Adbry (tralokinumab-ldrm) is used to treat moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis — the type of eczema that causes intense itching, rash, and skin inflammation — in adults and in adolescents 12 years of age and older. It is used when prescription topical (applied to the skin) therapies have not controlled the disease adequately, or when those therapies are not a good option.

Adbry can be used on its own or alongside topical corticosteroids (steroid creams or ointments). Topical calcineurin inhibitors (a different type of skin treatment) may be added for sensitive areas like the face, neck, or skin folds.
