Jequirity + Aspirin, Caffeine
Aspirin, Caffeine brand name: Anacin.
Aspirin, Caffeine falls into 2 drug categories that Jequirity can interact with; the most serious is rated moderate. Evidence from in vitro research suggests that constituents of jequirity beans can inhibit platelet aggregation.

These two interact in 2 distinct ways. Each one is explained separately below.
Why Are There 2 Interactions?
Jequirity interacts with whole categories of medication. Aspirin, Caffeine falls into 2 of those categories, so it can interact with Jequirity in 2 different ways. We’ve listed each one below — your overall risk is driven by the most serious of them (Moderate).
ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS
1 of 2Why this applies to Aspirin, Caffeine
Aspirin, Caffeine falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Jequirity interacts with.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
The aspirin part of your Anacin already makes platelets less sticky, which is how it helps your blood. In test-tube studies, compounds from jequirity beans also seemed to slow platelets down. So in theory, pairing the two could nudge your bleeding risk a little higher, meaning easier bruising, nosebleeds, or stomach upset and stomach bleeding (something aspirin can cause on its own).
I want to be honest though: this is only a theoretical concern based on lab work, not real patient cases. The much bigger issue is that jequirity seeds contain abrin, a potent poison, so they simply aren't safe to take at all. Please don't use jequirity, and check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining anything new with aspirin.

CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES
2 of 2Aspirin, Caffeine also falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES.
Interaction has been demonstrated in animal or in lab research but has been shown not to occur in humans..
Let me put your mind at ease on this one. The concern here is that in test tube studies, jequirity extract appears to slow down a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. In theory, if that enzyme is blocked, certain medications could clear out of your body more slowly and build up. But here's the thing: the caffeine and aspirin in Anacin really don't lean heavily on CYP3A4 to be broken down, so this particular pathway isn't a big player for them.
Honestly, my real worry isn't the drug interaction at all. Jequirity seeds contain abrin, one of the most poisonous plant proteins known, and they simply should not be taken. If you've come across a product containing it, please skip it and check with your pharmacist or doctor first.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Aspirin, Caffeine page
“Anacin combines aspirin with caffeine, so supplements can hit it from two directions, and a few of the 347 on this list deserve real respect. The biggest group, over 200 ingredients, can raise bleeding risk on top of aspirin's blood-thinning effect; beer and wine carry major ratings because alcohol plus an aspirin-type drug makes stoma…”
