Ostarine + Stanozolol
Stanozolol brand names: Winstrol, Winstrol-V Chewable.
Ostarine has a moderate interaction with Stanozolol. Theoretically, concomitant use with hepatotoxic drugs might increase the risk of adverse hepatotoxic effects.

Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS
Why this applies to Stanozolol
Stanozolol falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Ostarine interacts with.
Some clinical research shows that ostarine can increase alanine aminotransferase, a marker of liver damage, in some patients. Additionally, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration warns that supplements containing SARMs, such as ostarine, have been associated with reports of liver toxicity and there are at least two reports of drug-induced liver injury attributed to the use of ostarine.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the concern with pairing these two: both Ostarine and Stanozolol can be tough on your liver. Stanozolol is an oral anabolic steroid, and the oral forms in particular are known to stress the liver and raise liver enzymes. Ostarine, a SARM, has also been linked to liver injury, including real-world case reports and rising ALT levels (a marker the liver releases when it's irritated).
Put them together and you're essentially asking your liver to handle two known stressors at once, which theoretically stacks the risk. This is based on how each drug behaves rather than direct studies of the combo, so treat it as a caution rather than a certainty. Watch for warning signs like yellowing skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain, or unusual fatigue, and please loop in your doctor or pharmacist before mixing these.

Every interaction above is graded three ways — here’s the key to each label.
Clinically significant. Avoid the combination, or use only under close professional supervision.
Usually worth avoiding or managing — may need monitoring, a dose change, or timing apart.
Generally not serious. Be aware of it and mention it to your pharmacist.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Stanozolol page
“Stanozolol (Winstrol) already puts real strain on the liver, so this list of 55 supplements calls for genuine care. Thirty-eight of the entries are herbs that can stress the liver themselves, and stacking them onto this steroid raises the odds of serious damage.”

About Ostarine
What is Ostarine?
- Muscle building
- Athletic performance
- Fat loss / body recomposition
- Bodybuilding cycles
Ostarine (also called MK-2866 or enobosarm) is an experimental, unapproved drug known as a SARM (selective androgen receptor modulator), not a true dietary supplement. It is not approved by the FDA, is banned in sports, and has been linked to liver injury and other serious harms, so it is not recommended for general use.
