Crizotinib falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) INHIBITORS — the group Ostarine interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of ostarine with CYP3A4 inhibitors could increase the effects and adverse effects of ostarine, although this is unlikely to be clinically significant.
Ostarine is partially metabolized by CYP3A4. However, clinical research shows that taking itraconazole, a potent inhibitor of CYP3A4, had minimal effects on the levels of ostarine in the body.

Here's the situation with these two. Crizotinib (Xalkori) can act as a mild blocker of an enzyme called CYP3A4, which is one of the pathways your body uses to partly clear Ostarine. In theory, slowing that pathway could let Ostarine build up a little, nudging up its effects and its risks, including the liver injury that SARMs like Ostarine have been linked to.

In real life, though, this looks very minor. When researchers paired Ostarine with itraconazole, a much stronger CYP3A4 blocker than crizotinib, Ostarine levels barely moved. So a big interaction is unlikely. My bigger concern is simpler: Ostarine is an unapproved, liver-stressing compound, and you're already on serious cancer therapy. Please run this by your oncologist or pharmacist before mixing the two.

What Is Crizotinib Used For?

Brand name: Xalkori

Xalkori (crizotinib) treats adult patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) whose tumors test positive for ALK or ROS1 gene changes, as confirmed by an FDA-approved test.

Xalkori is also used for pediatric patients (age 1 and older) and young adults with relapsed or refractory systemic ALK-positive anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL), and for adult and pediatric patients (age 1 and older) with unresectable, recurrent, or refractory ALK-positive inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor (IMT). Xalkori's safety and effectiveness in older adults with relapsed or refractory ALK-positive ALCL have not been established.
