Testosterone Undecanoate falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Ostarine interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use with hepatotoxic drugs might increase the risk of adverse hepatotoxic effects.
Some clinical research shows that ostarine can increase alanine aminotransferase, a marker of liver damage, in some patients. Additionally, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration warns that supplements containing SARMs, such as ostarine, have been associated with reports of liver toxicity and there are at least two reports of drug-induced liver injury attributed to the use of ostarine.

Here's the main concern when you pair these two: both can be tough on your liver. Ostarine has been linked to rising liver enzymes (like ALT) and even a few reports of real liver injury, and oral testosterone undecanoate (like Jatenzo or Kyzatrex) can also stress the liver. Stacking them may add up, so the worry is a bigger hit to your liver, which can show up as fatigue, belly pain, nausea, dark urine, or yellowing of the skin or eyes.

To be fair, this is mostly a theoretical caution based on how each one behaves, not hard proof of a dangerous combo. Still, it's a real signal worth respecting. Remember, Ostarine is an unapproved, banned SARM, not a true supplement. Please check with your doctor or pharmacist before combining them, and keep up with your liver lab work.

It is not approved by the FDA, is banned in sports, and has been linked to liver injury and other serious harms, so it is not recommended for general use.

About Testosterone Injection

What Is Testosterone Injection Used For?

Brand names: Andriol, Aveed, Jatenzo, Kyzatrex

Testosterone injection is primarily used in men whose bodies do not produce enough testosterone on their own — a condition called hypogonadism. This includes primary hypogonadism (a problem with the testicles themselves, such as from injury, infection, or surgery) and hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (caused by problems in the brain's hormone signaling from the hypothalamus or pituitary gland). It is also used to stimulate puberty in carefully selected adolescent males with clearly delayed puberty who have not responded to other support.

Testosterone Enanthate Injection is also approved for use in women with advanced, inoperable metastatic breast cancer (specifically skeletal metastases) who are one to five years past menopause, or in premenopausal women with hormone-responsive breast cancer who have had their ovaries removed. This use should be directed by an oncologist. Aveed (testosterone undecanoate) is specifically approved for male hypogonadism only.
