Agomelatine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2C9 (CYP2C9) SUBSTRATES — the group Ostarine interacts with.

Theoretically, ostarine might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP2C9, although clinical research suggests this is not clinically relevant.
Although in vitro research suggests that ostarine inhibits CYP2C9, more robust clinical research shows that ostarine does not significantly affect CYP2C9.

Here's the short version for agomelatine: on paper, Ostarine was once thought to slow down an enzyme called CYP2C9, which helps clear certain medicines. If that were strongly true, agomelatine could theoretically build up a little and lead to more of its usual effects, like daytime drowsiness, dizziness, or headache. But the better human research shows Ostarine doesn't really block CYP2C9 in a meaningful way, so this concern stays mostly theoretical.

The bigger issue here isn't the enzyme. Both Ostarine and agomelatine have been linked to liver injury, so stacking them is a real worry for your liver. Please talk with your doctor or pharmacist, especially since they usually check liver tests with agomelatine.
