Ostarine + Amoxicillin
Amoxicillin brand names: Amoxil Capsules, Trimox, Wymox, Amix, Amoram, and others.
Ostarine has a moderate interaction with Amoxicillin. Theoretically, concomitant use with hepatotoxic drugs might increase the risk of adverse hepatotoxic effects.

Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS
Why this applies to Amoxicillin
Amoxicillin falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Ostarine interacts with.
Some clinical research shows that ostarine can increase alanine aminotransferase, a marker of liver damage, in some patients. Additionally, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration warns that supplements containing SARMs, such as ostarine, have been associated with reports of liver toxicity and there are at least two reports of drug-induced liver injury attributed to the use of ostarine.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the concern with pairing Ostarine and amoxicillin. This isn't about one changing how the other is absorbed or broken down. Instead, it's about adding up stress on the same organ: your liver. Ostarine has been linked to liver injury (it can raise an enzyme called ALT, a sign the liver is irritated), and amoxicillin, though usually gentle, can rarely cause liver problems too.
So the worry is that taking both together might raise the odds of liver trouble. Watch for yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain on the upper right side, or unusual tiredness. I'll be honest though, this is a theoretical interaction based on how these substances behave, not proven cases of the two combined. Since SARMs like Ostarine aren't FDA-approved and carry real risks on their own, please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before combining them.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Amoxicillin page
“Amoxicillin, one of the most commonly prescribed antibiotics, has 96 supplement and herbal ingredients flagged against it, and six carry a major rating, which puts this list in the read-carefully category. The serious entries mostly add strain to organs the drug already touches.”

About Ostarine
What is Ostarine?
- Muscle building
- Athletic performance
- Fat loss / body recomposition
- Bodybuilding cycles
Ostarine (also called MK-2866 or enobosarm) is an experimental, unapproved drug known as a SARM (selective androgen receptor modulator), not a true dietary supplement. It is not approved by the FDA, is banned in sports, and has been linked to liver injury and other serious harms, so it is not recommended for general use.
About Amoxicillin
What Is Amoxicillin Used For?
Brand names: Amoxil Capsules, Trimox, Wymox, Amix, Amoram, Amoxident, Galenamox, Rimoxallin, Amoxil Injection
Amoxicillin treats bacterial infections in both adults and children, including ear, nose, and throat infections; lower respiratory tract infections; skin and skin structure infections; and genitourinary tract infections.
In adults only, amoxicillin is also used — always combined with other medications — to eradicate Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori), the bacteria behind duodenal ulcers. Getting rid of H. pylori has been shown to reduce the chance of those ulcers coming back. It is only effective against bacteria that are susceptible to it and will not work against viral infections like the common cold or flu.

Amoxicillin Is Linked to Lower Levels of 8 Nutrients
Natural Medicines records Amoxicillin as a medicine that can lower these. This is not an interaction with Ostarine — it is a separate effect of the medicine, and it is a reason some people are advised to supplement rather than to avoid one:
