Boceprevir falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) INHIBITORS — the group Ostarine interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of ostarine with CYP3A4 inhibitors could increase the effects and adverse effects of ostarine, although this is unlikely to be clinically significant.
Ostarine is partially metabolized by CYP3A4. However, clinical research shows that taking itraconazole, a potent inhibitor of CYP3A4, had minimal effects on the levels of ostarine in the body.

Here's the gist for this pairing. Boceprevir blocks an enzyme in your liver called CYP3A4, and Ostarine is partly broken down by that same enzyme. So in theory, taking them together could slow how fast your body clears Ostarine, letting a little more build up. That could mean a slightly stronger Ostarine effect and a higher chance of its known harms, like liver strain or hormone-related changes.

In practice, this concern looks small. When researchers paired Ostarine with itraconazole, an even stronger CYP3A4 blocker, the Ostarine levels barely budged. So the interaction is mostly theoretical and unlikely to cause real trouble. The bigger issue is that Ostarine is an unapproved SARM tied to liver injury, and you'd be combining it with hepatitis C treatment. Please run this by your pharmacist or doctor first.
