Here's the concern with pairing Puravive and ezogabine (Potiga). Puravive contains Panax ginseng, and ezogabine is one of those seizure medicines that can slightly stretch out the heart's electrical rhythm (something called QT prolongation). Stacking two things that can both nudge the QT longer may, in theory, raise the chance of an irregular heartbeat. This isn't about ginseng changing how ezogabine is broken down, it's simply an additive effect on the heart.

The evidence here is honestly mixed. Some short-term studies showed ginseng can lengthen the QT a little, while longer-term use showed no change. So I wouldn't panic, but I also wouldn't ignore it, especially if you've ever had heart rhythm issues. Please run this combo by your pharmacist or doctor before starting Puravive.
