Here's the simple version: Puravive contains Panax ginseng, and some studies suggest ginseng can nudge blood sugar a little lower on its own. Muraglitazar is a diabetes medicine that also works to lower blood sugar. So when you put the two together, the concern isn't about how your body breaks the drug down, it's just that two blood-sugar-lowering effects can stack up.

For most people this is a minor issue, but it's worth watching. If your sugar drops too low, you might feel shaky, sweaty, dizzy, or unusually tired. If you decide to try Puravive, check your glucose more often at first and let your doctor or pharmacist know, especially since this is a real medication where small changes add up.
