Phenobarbital, Sodium Nitrate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2B6 (CYP2B6) SUBSTRATES — the group Adrafinil interacts with.

Theoretically, adrafinil might reduce the levels and clinical effects of CYP2B6 substrates.
Adrafinil is a precursor to the stimulant prescription drug modafinil. Modafinil has been shown to weakly induce CYP2B6 activity in vitro.

Here's the gist for combining adrafinil with phenobarbital (Soniphen). Your liver turns adrafinil into modafinil, and modafinil may slightly speed up an enzyme called CYP2B6, one of the pathways that helps clear phenobarbital. In theory, that could nudge phenobarbital levels down a bit, which might make it work less well. Since phenobarbital is used as a sedative and seizure medicine, weaker levels could mean less control over what you're treating.

I want to be honest though: this is a theoretical concern based on lab data, not real patient reports, so don't panic. Phenobarbital is also a sensitive drug where small shifts can matter, so please run this combination by your doctor or pharmacist before mixing the two.
