Chlorpropamide falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Epistane interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use might have additive adverse hepatotoxic effects.
Epistane is an anabolic androgenic steroid, and more specifically a 17-alpha-alkylated androgen. Therefore, there is concern that epistane has hepatotoxic effects. Also, epistane is structurally similar to epitiostanol, which has been associated with hepatotixicity in a case series of four patients.

Here's the main worry with putting Epistane and chlorpropamide (Diabinese) together: both can be hard on your liver. Epistane is a methylated anabolic steroid that's well known for stressing liver cells, and chlorpropamide carries its own small risk of liver irritation. Stacking two liver stressors can add up. I'll be honest with you though, this is a theoretical concern based on how these drugs behave, not on real cases of the two used together, so try not to panic.

This isn't about your blood sugar control changing directly. It's about the liver. Watch for things like yellowing of your skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain, or unusual tiredness. Honestly, I'd steer clear of Epistane entirely (it's not legal to sell as a supplement), and please loop in your doctor or pharmacist before mixing anything new.
