Choline Magnesium Trisalicylate falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Epistane interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use might have additive adverse hepatotoxic effects.
Epistane is an anabolic androgenic steroid, and more specifically a 17-alpha-alkylated androgen. Therefore, there is concern that epistane has hepatotoxic effects. Also, epistane is structurally similar to epitiostanol, which has been associated with hepatotixicity in a case series of four patients.

Here's the concern when you pair these two. Epistane is a methylated anabolic steroid that's hard on the liver, and salicylates like choline magnesium trisalicylate can occasionally stress the liver too, especially at higher doses. Put them together and the worry is that their effects on liver cells could add up. This is a theoretical concern based on how these drugs behave, not on proven cases, so I don't want to alarm you, but it's worth taking seriously.

Signs of liver trouble to watch for include yellowing of your skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain on the upper right side, nausea, or unusual fatigue. Honestly, my bigger worry is epistane itself, which is illegal to sell and genuinely liver-toxic. Please talk with your pharmacist or doctor before combining anything like this.
