Methyldopa falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Epistane interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use might have additive adverse hepatotoxic effects.
Epistane is an anabolic androgenic steroid, and more specifically a 17-alpha-alkylated androgen. Therefore, there is concern that epistane has hepatotoxic effects. Also, epistane is structurally similar to epitiostanol, which has been associated with hepatotixicity in a case series of four patients.

Here's the concern with pairing these two. Methyldopa can occasionally stress the liver on its own, and in rare cases it has caused liver inflammation or even hepatitis. Epistane is a methylated anabolic steroid that is well known to be hard on the liver too. Put them together and you may be stacking two liver burdens on top of each other, which could raise your risk of liver injury (things like fatigue, nausea, dark urine, or yellowing of the skin or eyes).

To be fair, this interaction is theoretical, based on how each one behaves rather than reported cases of the combo. Still, Epistane isn't a true supplement, it's an illegal designer steroid I'd steer you away from entirely. Please loop in your doctor or pharmacist before mixing anything with your methyldopa.
