Cyclosporine falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Epistane interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use might have additive adverse hepatotoxic effects.
Epistane is an anabolic androgenic steroid, and more specifically a 17-alpha-alkylated androgen. Therefore, there is concern that epistane has hepatotoxic effects. Also, epistane is structurally similar to epitiostanol, which has been associated with hepatotixicity in a case series of four patients.

Here's the main concern with pairing these two: both can be hard on your liver. Epistane is a methylated anabolic steroid that's well known to stress liver cells, and cyclosporine can also raise liver enzymes and affect liver function in some people. Stacking two liver stressors together may add up, making liver irritation more likely. Watch for warning signs like yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain on the upper right side, nausea, or unusual fatigue.

To be fair, this interaction is theoretical, based on how each one behaves rather than reports of the two together. Still, cyclosporine is a sensitive drug that already needs careful monitoring, and Epistane is a risky, illegal-to-sell steroid I'd steer you away from entirely. Please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before combining anything with your cyclosporine.

Cyclosporine is prescribed to help prevent the body from rejecting a transplanted kidney, liver, or heart. It is often used alongside other immunosuppressive medicines as part of a full transplant care plan.

It is also used for adults with severe, active rheumatoid arthritis that hasn't responded well enough to methotrexate, and for adults with severe plaque psoriasis who haven't had success with other standard treatments.
