Diclofenac Potassium falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Epistane interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use might have additive adverse hepatotoxic effects.
Epistane is an anabolic androgenic steroid, and more specifically a 17-alpha-alkylated androgen. Therefore, there is concern that epistane has hepatotoxic effects. Also, epistane is structurally similar to epitiostanol, which has been associated with hepatotixicity in a case series of four patients.

Here's the simple version: both Epistane and diclofenac can be hard on your liver, so taking them together may stack up that stress. Epistane is a methylated anabolic steroid that's well known for liver toxicity, and diclofenac (Cataflam, Voltaren) is an NSAID that, in a small number of people, can also irritate the liver. Put them side by side and the risk of liver strain may add up.

To be fair, this concern is mostly theoretical, based on how these substances behave rather than hard studies of the two together. Still, watch for warning signs like yellowing skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain, or unusual fatigue. Honestly, Epistane is something we'd urge you to avoid entirely. Please talk with your pharmacist or doctor before mixing these.
