Here's the thing to know about pairing masterwort with Vimovo (which combines esomeprazole and naproxen): both the supplement and the naproxen part can make your skin more sensitive to sunlight. Masterwort contains furanocoumarins, and naproxen is a known photosensitizer, so stacking them together could mean you sunburn faster or break out in a rash after less sun than usual.

This is a theoretical concern based on how these compounds behave, not something proven in large studies, so try not to panic. But it's a real-enough possibility that I'd loop in your pharmacist or doctor before combining them. If you do go outside, lean on sunscreen, hats, and shade. This isn't about the medicine working differently, just about protecting your skin.
