Here's the situation with Nesina (alogliptin) and your daily cup of oolong tea. Alogliptin lowers your blood sugar by boosting your own insulin response, and oolong tea isn't really getting tangled up with how your body processes the drug itself. The concern is more roundabout: the caffeine in oolong tea can nudge blood sugar a little, and reports go both ways, sometimes slightly up, sometimes slightly down.

Honestly, this is a minor and unlikely concern, and the evidence behind it is weak. A normal cup or two of tea probably won't throw off your numbers in any meaningful way. If you drink a lot of strong tea or take concentrated caffeine pills, just keep an eye on your glucose readings and mention it to your pharmacist or doctor.
