Corzide is a combo pill that pairs a water pill (bendroflumethiazide) with a beta-blocker (nadolol) to bring your blood pressure down. One ingredient in Puravive, called quercetin, has shown a small blood-pressure-lowering effect in a study of people with mild hypertension. So in theory, stacking it on top of Corzide could nudge your numbers a little lower than expected.

To be honest, this is a theoretical, minor concern with limited evidence. If anything happened, you might notice mild lightheadedness, tiredness, or feeling dizzy when standing up quickly. That's not a reason to panic or stop anything. If you want to try Puravive, just check with your pharmacist or doctor first, and keep an eye on your blood pressure at home.
