Here's the simple version. Your Esimil combines guanethidine, which lowers blood pressure by calming nerve signals to your blood vessels, with hydrochlorothiazide, a water pill. Puravive contains quercetin, a plant compound that has been shown in one small study to nudge blood pressure down a little in people with mild high blood pressure. So in theory, stacking the two could add up and drop your pressure a bit more than expected.

What that might feel like: dizziness, lightheadedness (especially standing up), or feeling weak or faint. Guanethidine already tends to cause this kind of standing dizziness, so any extra dip is worth watching. To be clear, this is a theoretical, minor concern based on limited evidence. Don't change anything on your own, but do mention Puravive to your pharmacist or doctor first.
