Here's the situation with Rescinnamine (Moderil) and Puravive. Rescinnamine is an older blood pressure medicine that works by lowering the amount of certain nerve signals that keep your blood vessels tight. Puravive contains quercetin, a plant compound that may nudge blood pressure down a little on its own in people with mild high blood pressure.

So the concern here is simple: the two could add together and lower your blood pressure a bit more than expected. That might leave you feeling lightheaded, dizzy, or tired, especially when you stand up quickly. To be fair, this is a theoretical and minor concern, and the quercetin effect is small. Still, since Rescinnamine already lowers pressure strongly, it's worth mentioning to your pharmacist or doctor before adding Puravive.
