Here's the short version for Sunosi (solriamfetol): one ingredient in Puravive is Panax ginseng, which has shown mild stimulant-like effects in a few studies. Solriamfetol is itself a wakefulness-promoting medicine that gently revs up your system, so stacking a stimulating supplement on top could, in theory, add to that push. Think slightly more of the usual solriamfetol effects, like a faster heartbeat, higher blood pressure, jitteriness, headache, or trouble falling asleep at night.

That said, the evidence here is weak and this kind of interaction is considered unlikely to cause real trouble. I wouldn't lose sleep over it, but since blood pressure changes matter with solriamfetol, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding Puravive.

What Is Solriamfetol Used For?

Brand name: Sunosi

Sunosi (solriamfetol) is approved to improve wakefulness in adults who experience excessive daytime sleepiness caused by narcolepsy or obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).

Important: Sunosi does not treat the airway obstruction that causes OSA. If you have OSA, you must continue your existing treatment — such as CPAP (a breathing machine worn at night) — throughout your time on Sunosi. Sunosi is not a replacement for those therapies.
