Cevimeline falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Uva Ursi interacts with.

Theoretically, uva ursi may decrease the metabolism of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro, uva ursi appears to inhibit CYP3A4. This effect has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist for cevimeline (Evoxac). Your body relies on a liver enzyme called CYP3A4 to help break this medicine down. In lab testing, uva ursi seemed to slow that same enzyme. If that happened in real life, cevimeline could clear more slowly and build up a bit, which might nudge its effects up.

Cevimeline already tends to cause sweating, watery eyes, runny nose, an upset or queasy stomach, and frequent urination, so more drug around could mean more of those. The important part: this is only a test-tube finding and hasn't been shown in people, so I wouldn't panic. Still, please run it by your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, especially since uva ursi is meant for short-term use only.
