Ezogabine falls under GLUCURONIDATED DRUGS — the group Uva Ursi interacts with.

Theoretically, uva ursi may increase levels of drugs metabolized by glucuronidation.
In vitro, uva ursi extract appears to strongly inhibit UDP-glucuronosyltransferase (UGT) 1A1 (UGT1A1). However, uva ursi extract does not appear to inhibit UGT1A1 in animal models. This effect has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist for ezogabine (Potiga). Your body mostly clears this seizure medicine through a process called glucuronidation, which tags the drug so you can get rid of it. Lab tests in a dish suggest uva ursi might slow one of those tagging enzymes. If that happened in people, ezogabine could build up a bit and you might notice more of its usual effects, like dizziness, sleepiness, blurry or double vision, confusion, or trouble with balance.

That said, I want to keep this in perspective. This is only a theoretical concern from test-tube work, and animal studies didn't show the same blocking effect, so it has never actually been reported in humans. Since uva ursi itself is only meant for short-term use, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before pairing the two.
