Chromium
Chromium is a trace mineral that is found in small amounts in the human body. It is believed to play a role in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. It is used as a dietary supplement for its purported ability to help with weight loss and blood sugar control. There is some evidence to suggest that chromium supplements may help to improve blood sugar control in people with type 2 diabetes, although the results of studies on this topic have been mixed. Some studies have found that chromium supplements can improve insulin sensitivity and reduce blood sugar levels in those with poorly controlled diabetes, while others have found no significant effects.

Yohimbe (Pausinystalia yohimbe) bark extract
Description:Yohimbe is an evergreen tree native to western Africa. The bark of the tree contains a chemical called yohimbine in concentrations ranging from 0.6-1.38%, which has been used in traditional medicine as a natural aphrodisiac and sexual performance enhancer. While widely available as a dietary supplement, yohimbe should be used with caution, as it can have side effects, such as dizziness, increased blood pressure and rapid heart rate.

- Directions: As a dietary supplement, take one serving [4 capsules] 1 time per day. SS8 can be taken with or without food. Some people may have a sensitive stomach and will not tolerate green tea extract well on an empty stomach. If this is you, be sure to take SS8 with meals.
