Here's the gist: bisoprolol already lowers your blood pressure and slows your heart rate by acting as a beta blocker. Andrographis, in animal studies, seems to have its own mild blood pressure lowering effect. Put the two together and the worry is that your pressure could dip a bit lower than expected.

I want to be honest about the evidence though. This concern comes only from lab and animal research, not real human studies, so it's more theoretical than proven. Still, if you do try andrographis, keep an eye out for signs your pressure has dropped too far, like feeling dizzy, lightheaded, unusually tired, or faint when you stand up. Before adding it, please run it by your pharmacist or doctor so they can check your numbers.
