Diethylstilbestrol, Methyltestosterone falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Epistane interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use might have additive adverse hepatotoxic effects.
Epistane is an anabolic androgenic steroid, and more specifically a 17-alpha-alkylated androgen. Therefore, there is concern that epistane has hepatotoxic effects. Also, epistane is structurally similar to epitiostanol, which has been associated with hepatotixicity in a case series of four patients.

Here's the main concern with pairing these two. Your medication Tylosterone contains methyltestosterone, which is a 17-alpha-alkylated steroid. That chemical structure is known to be hard on the liver. Epistane is essentially the same kind of compound, another methylated anabolic steroid that also stresses the liver.

So when you stack them, the worry is additive liver strain. Signs to watch for would be things like yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain, nausea, or unusual tiredness. To be fair, this is a theoretical concern based on how these drugs behave, not on hard studies of the pair together. Still, I'd strongly urge you not to use Epistane at all, and please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before combining anything with this medication.
