Here's the gist with moringa and your Trulicity (dulaglutide): moringa may have a mild blood sugar lowering effect of its own. So in theory, stacking it on top of a medication that already lowers your sugar could push your numbers a bit lower than expected. That's the whole concern here, and it's considered minor.

Honestly, the human research on moringa for blood sugar is shaky and inconsistent, so this may not amount to much in real life. Food amounts of moringa leaves are very unlikely to matter. With concentrated supplements, it's reasonable to watch for signs of low blood sugar (shakiness, sweating, dizziness, feeling foggy), especially if you also take insulin or a sulfonylurea. Keep checking your readings, and chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding moringa.

What Is Dulaglutide Injection Used For?

Brand name: Trulicity

Trulicity (dulaglutide) injection is used alongside diet and exercise to improve blood sugar control in adults and children 10 years and older with type 2 diabetes mellitus. It is not for type 1 diabetes.

Trulicity is also used in adults with type 2 diabetes who have established cardiovascular disease or multiple cardiovascular risk factors to lower the risk of major heart events — specifically cardiovascular death, non-fatal heart attack, or non-fatal stroke.
