Here's the simple version: this combination product (Micomp PB) already contains caffeine of its own. Oolong tea adds even more caffeine on top of that. Stacking the two means you may feel that buzzy, overstimulated feeling more strongly, things like jitteriness, a racing or pounding heart, trouble sleeping, restlessness, or feeling on edge.

This is mostly a theoretical concern based on expert opinion, not strong studies, so a single cup probably won't cause trouble for most people. Still, the ergotamine in this product can tighten blood vessels, and extra caffeine can add to that, so I'd keep your tea intake modest. If you notice your heart racing or you feel wired, or if you have heart or blood pressure issues, check in with your pharmacist or doctor before changing anything.

Here's the simple version: this combination product already contains a small dose of caffeine on purpose, and oolong tea adds even more. The piece to watch is the pentobarbital, which is a barbiturate meant to calm you down and make you drowsy. Caffeine is a stimulant that works in the opposite direction, so sipping oolong tea could partly cancel out that relaxing, sleepy effect and leave you feeling more wired or restless than expected.

This is mostly a theoretical concern, and an occasional cup probably won't undo your medication. But if you notice trouble settling down or your headache medicine isn't working as well, that extra caffeine may be why. Talk with your pharmacist or doctor before changing anything.
