Ozanimod Hydrochloride falls under MONOAMINE OXIDASE INHIBITORS (MAOIs) — the group Oolong Tea interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use might increase the risk of a hypertensive crisis.
Oolong tea contains caffeine. Caffeine has been shown to inhibit MAO A and B in laboratory studies. Concomitant intake of large amounts of caffeine with MAOIs might precipitate a hypertensive crisis.

Here's the connection, and it's a gentle one. One of ozanimod's breakdown products acts a little like an MAO inhibitor, which is why the label warns about combining it with foods or supplements that can spike blood pressure. The caffeine in oolong tea has shown weak MAO-blocking activity in the lab, so on paper, drinking a lot of it could add to that effect and raise the chance of a sudden blood pressure jump (headache, pounding heart, flushing).

That said, this is theoretical and based on lab data, not real patient reports. A normal cup or two of oolong is very unlikely to cause trouble for most people. I'd just avoid loading up on large amounts of caffeine, and if you have high blood pressure or feel jittery, check in with your pharmacist or doctor.
