Amitriptyline, Chlordiazepoxide falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2C9 (CYP2C9) SUBSTRATES — the group Ostarine interacts with.

Theoretically, ostarine might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP2C9, although clinical research suggests this is not clinically relevant.
Although in vitro research suggests that ostarine inhibits CYP2C9, more robust clinical research shows that ostarine does not significantly affect CYP2C9.

Here's the short version on combining Ostarine with Limbitrol (which pairs amitriptyline with chlordiazepoxide). On paper, Ostarine was thought to block a liver enzyme called CYP2C9, which could let certain medicines build up. But the better human research actually shows Ostarine does not meaningfully affect that enzyme, so this particular concern is mostly theoretical and unlikely to cause real problems.

If levels of amitriptyline did creep up, you might notice more drowsiness, dry mouth, constipation, or dizziness. My bigger worry, honestly, is Ostarine itself. It's an unapproved SARM linked to liver injury, and it isn't recommended. Please loop in your doctor or pharmacist before mixing it with anything.
