Ostarine + Lonapegsomatropin-Tcgd
Lonapegsomatropin-Tcgd brand name: Skytrofa.
Ostarine has a moderate interaction with Lonapegsomatropin-Tcgd. Theoretically, concomitant use of ostarine with CYP3A4 inducers could decrease the clinical effects of ostarine.

Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) INDUCERS
Why this applies to Lonapegsomatropin-Tcgd
Lonapegsomatropin-Tcgd falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) INDUCERS — the group Ostarine interacts with.
Ostarine is partially metabolized by CYP3A4. Clinical research shows that taking rifampin, a potent inducer of CYP3A4, reduces the maximum plasma concentration of ostarine by 23% and the area under the curve by 43%.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the key thing to understand: this interaction is really about Ostarine, not the growth hormone. Ostarine is partly broken down by an enzyme called CYP3A4. The concern on file is that drugs which speed up that enzyme could clear Ostarine faster and weaken its effects. Lonapegsomatropin (Skytrofa) is a long-acting growth hormone given by injection, and it isn't really cleared through CYP3A4 the way pills are, so it doesn't fit neatly into this CYP3A4 story.
So in practical terms, I wouldn't expect Skytrofa to change much about how Ostarine works, and this concern is theoretical. The bigger issue is that Ostarine is an unapproved SARM linked to liver injury, and combining it with a child's prescribed growth hormone therapy isn't advisable. Please loop in your prescribing doctor or pharmacist before mixing anything with Skytrofa.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Lonapegsomatropin-Tcgd page
“Skytrofa (lonapegsomatropin) is a once-weekly growth hormone injection for children who don't make enough of their own, and its interaction list is manageable rather than alarming. All 20 entries sit at moderate, with none rated major, and almost every one traces back to the same mechanism, growth hormone's ability to speed up a liver…”

Ostarine (also called MK-2866 or enobosarm) is an experimental, unapproved drug known as a SARM (selective androgen receptor modulator), not a true dietary supplement.
