Methenamine Mandelate falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Ostarine interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use with hepatotoxic drugs might increase the risk of adverse hepatotoxic effects.
Some clinical research shows that ostarine can increase alanine aminotransferase, a marker of liver damage, in some patients. Additionally, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration warns that supplements containing SARMs, such as ostarine, have been associated with reports of liver toxicity and there are at least two reports of drug-induced liver injury attributed to the use of ostarine.

Here's the simple version: this isn't about Ostarine changing how your medicine works in your body. Instead, both Ostarine and methenamine mandelate can be hard on the liver, so the concern is the two of them adding up and stressing your liver together. Real clinical reports show Ostarine can raise liver enzymes (like ALT), and the FDA has tied SARMs like this one to cases of liver injury.

Honestly, my bigger worry is Ostarine itself. It's an unapproved, banned substance with real liver risks, so I'd steer clear of it altogether. If you ever notice yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain, or unusual tiredness, get checked right away. Please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before combining these.

What Is Methimazole Used For?

Brand names: Mandelamine, Methimazole

Methimazole tablets are used in adults and children with hyperthyroidism (an overactive thyroid) due to Graves' disease or toxic multinodular goiter when surgery or radioactive iodine is not the right option. They work to lower thyroid hormone levels and ease symptoms.

Methimazole tablets are also used to bring thyroid hormone levels down before a patient undergoes thyroidectomy (thyroid surgery) or radioactive iodine treatment, making those procedures safer.
